Over the years, we have completed several hundred orders as a General Contractor for the most demanding customers, who own popular and prestigious investment brands in the commercial, office, financial and restaurant industries.

The cost estimation team forms our company’s Tender Department. As soon as an inquiry or tender invitation has been received, a thorough analysis of the documentation provided by the customer is made. The team takes a reliable approach to the pricing evaluation of all works, simultaneously checking for optimization possibilities of the design and technical solutions, as well as suggested materials.

History

During the15+ year of experience in the technical and construction industry, SAVI GROUP Companies have been continuously diversifying their customer portfolio and extending the list of offered services.

 SAVI Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. was established in 2005 and, as a General Contractor, it accomplished the construction of several hundred bank units, delivering construction, sanitary and electrical works.

SAVI Sp. z o.o. was established in 2009, and a few years later, in 2016, SAVI Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. was founded.

Since then, we have been performing complex construction works as a general contractor.

The value of our completed objects includes various scale projects (from approx. PLN 0.5 million to an average of PLN 25 million) for network and individual customers in the private sector.

All SAVI GROUP companies consist of both experienced people in construction works and construction company management, as well as junior engineers and specialists who help meet and exceed company’s customer expectation, while at the same time developing themselves a set of specific and measurable skills, knowledge and experience.

Since the majority of the projects are conducted for network customers, our construction sites are located all over Poland. Apart from subcontractors, with whom we have been working for many years, we are constantly looking for local construction and installation companies, which lead their construction activity in the vicinity of the construction sites of our ongoing project.
